Saturdays 9AM - 2PM
Mondays 9AM - 2PM
We ask that customers pick up their meat within one week of being notified, otherwise daily storage fees may apply.

Flank steak. There is only one flank steak per half of cow. It is still offered on 1/4 cut sheets but if both customers select it, only one person will receive it.
