Cut and Wrap Services

Our signature processing include premium double wrapping, customized labels, and boxing.

  • Beef Cut and Wrap……$1.15/lb. Hanging Weight

  • Pork Cut and Wrap……$1.25/lb. Hanging weight

  • Sheep & Goat Cut and Wrap…..$125 flat fee

    Sheep slaughter + processing = $200 flat fee

    * Minimum whole beef processing charge - $500

    * Minimum whole pork processing charge - $160

Hanging weight cost includes various fees such as applicable tax, boxing, splitting, cubing, labeling, etc.
Pork, sheep, and wild game prices include disposal.

Due to increased operating costs, effective Jan 1, 2025 each 1/4 beef order will have an additional $5 disposal fee added to the total due.

Packaging and freezing of organs available for $1.15/lb liver, tongue, kidneys, hearts, cheeks, etc. Organs are not included in the hanging weight. Organs will be double wrapped and frozen whole. No additional processing for organs is available.

Hang only = $40

PRODUCERS:

Within 24 hours of receiving hanging weights and PO numbers, if not already done so, please provide customer’s names and phone numbers via text or email. Customers can remit their cutting orders through this website in advance of slaughter date. Please direct your customers to fill out cutting instructions online.
For an even easier transaction, please collect your customers cutting instructions directly from them and deliver upon dropping off your animals.

CUSTOMERS:

Once contacted for cutting instructions, please remit by Friday at 4:00PM. If cutting instructions are not received by then, a standard cut will be issued.

Cutting orders are finalized upon submission and are not able to be changed.


If you want organs included in your order, please arrange that directly with your producer before the day of slaughter, otherwise all organs will be rendered and unretrievable. Processing for organs is also $1.15/lb and will be packaged whole and frozen for pickup with your order.

Whenever possible, please reference your PO number provided.

If you yourself are not picking up your order or paying for the processing, please let us know on your cutting instruction form who is.

Freezer space is very limited. Pickup within one week is required otherwise a storage fee of $5/day applies.

Payment is accepted in cash, check, or credit card (3.5% transaction fee).

Pork and sheep cutting instructions need to be remitted in advance or within 24 hours of us receiving the animal.
