Pork Cut List
Each 1/2 of pork order includes a package of short ribs. Ground pork & sausage will be in packaged in one pound package.
Leave the belly whole if you intend to have bacon made.
Leave the leg whole if you intend to have ham made.
We do not make ham or bacon at our shop but can refer you upon request to a local shop near you who does ‘value added processing’.
NOTES:
If you are going to make ham or bacon, do leave the leg roast and belly whole.
Pork sausage will be approximately 1 lbs.
